We offer products and brands from the original manufacturer exclusively. These are new items in original packaging. The quality of the products offered is our highest priority.
The delivery time depends on the manufacturer and the specificity of the product ordered (e.g. colour and design). Due to our large purchase quantities, we benefit from preferential treatment by manufacturers and suppliers, so we usually procure goods much faster than local specialist shops. Stocks are handed over to the carrier within 2-3 working days. If your order consists of special or customised goods made to your specifications, the delivery time is from 4 to 8 weeks. You will find the relevant delivery information in the description of the product in question.
Yes. All prices already include VAT at the rate of 23% (the Polish VAT).
We ask for your understanding that we cannot respond to such requests for individualised price quotations due to lack of time. Our products already have the best possible prices.
For orders over 1500€ shipping within Germany is free of charge!
Fixed shipping costs will be charged for orders of less than 1500€ (standard rate also for multiple orders):

Illustrations, drawings and other image files are for general product presentation purposes only. Please always read the description of the goods - there you will find detailed information on the scope of delivery. Please also read the list of accessories. Only the accessories that are included in the product description are included in the scope of delivery. The majority of the illustrations show a toilet or washbasin with accessories. However, the accessories are not included in the scope of delivery. It must be ordered separately unless it is categorised as part of the product in the product description.
Rather not. Of course, if you have ordered a "pergamon" coloured item, you will get the item in that colour. But unfortunately, you cannot guarantee that this colour will match the colour you see on your screen. Please note that the colour display will vary depending on the screen you have selected and the colour calibration. We recommend that you first check the colour you want in a specialist shop and then order the one in our online shop. In addition, the colours offered by the different manufacturers are not identical. They may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, although you can carry the same name within the tolerance limits. This means that if you combine products from different manufacturers, slight colour variations are possible. However, most customers find them insignificant.

Yes, of course. The shop is expressly intended for private individuals (i.e. end consumers). However, businesses and craftsmen can also order our goods.

Yes. You can do this in step 2 of the order process. There you have billing and delivery address and you can specify a different delivery address. Please note that the shipping costs depend on the delivery address.
At the beginning of the order process, you can choose to make purchases as a guest, without registering. If you place the order as a guest, you do not need to create a customer account. The data you provide will only be processed in connection with the execution of your order and they will not be stored beyond that. If you wish to place another order, you will have to enter all the data again.
Payment:
PayPal Online Buying with PayPal is free, easy and secure.
Please note: Due to PayPal policies, you cannot modify your order afterwards. So you cannot change your billing address and shipping address. Please check your order before finalising it. At the moment, payment with PayPal is only possible for shipments within Germany.
The shopping cart system automatically calculates and shows you the discounts before you complete your order.

If the product you purchased from us turns out to be defective, please call our hotline. If possible, have the carrier confirm the damage. Accept the package "under reserve". We will immediately arrange for the delivery of a defect-free item and/or the collection of the defective product. Please do not return the entire delivery. Accept the "with reservation" and we will do everything else for you. You are not obliged to follow this approach, but it makes dealing with your complaints quicker and easier for us and saves us and you extra work and costs.
If you want to return the ordered goods, send us an e-mail or call us. We can arrange an appointment for goods collection and the further procedure. You may revoke a contract within fourteen days. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by post, email or fax. You can use our sample right of withdrawal form.
Of course - and even more! Due to the provisions of distance contracts, you benefit from some privileges that customers of stationary shops do not enjoy. But in case of defects, the provisions are essentially the same in both cases.
