  4. Immediately after your payment has arrived, your goods will be dispatched.
  5. Standard delivery time is from 7 to 28 working days depending on the information on the product page, unless an individual delivery date is agreed. If delivery dates are not met, the customer has the right to give the seller additional time. If the goods are still not delivered, the buyer may withdraw from the contract.
  6. Please note that pallet deliveries are carried out to the floor edge. After delivery, the customer will be responsible for the transport/moving of the goods.
  7. Please note that the carrier will call you to set a delivery date. Please provide your telephone number (or mobile phone number) when completing the order.
  8. Deliveries are made on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.
  9. The seller shall bear the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods until the goods are handed over.
  10. The buyer has the right to check the condition of the goods upon collection of the goods and, in the event of damage, to draw up a report in the presence of the supplier. The preparation of the report is not a prerequisite for filing a complaint or exercising the right of withdrawal.
