If the product you have purchased from us proves to be faulty, please inform us by e-mail shop@modernbaden.de )or by post (our address: Opłotek 29, 01-940 Warsaw, Poland). Please do not return the defective goods. We would like to point out that the costs incurred for this will not be reimbursed.

Depending on the defect, you can request the following:

  • the replacement with a defect-free specimen,
  • the removal of defects,

You can also make a statement about the following:

  • the price reduction,
  • the withdrawal from the contract - in the event of a significant defect.

We are liable for defects for a period of two years from the date of delivery of the product.

As a rule, you can report a complaint within 1 year after the defect was discovered. But you should report the complaint before the expiry of the seller's liability period.

The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the day we received your complaint.
